固始鹅蛋物理性状分析

摘    要:目的]了解固始鹅蛋物理特性,为固始鹅种蛋选择提供参考。方法]采集固始鹅种蛋56枚,测定蛋重、蛋比重、蛋形指数、蛋各组成部分比例、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、蛋黄色泽,计算哈氏单位和血肉斑率。结果]固始鹅蛋平均重159.1 g,变异较大;蛋比重1.119,为较高水平;蛋形指数1.49,较为理想;蛋壳厚度0.514 mm;哈氏单位107.77,蛋白、蛋黄、蛋壳比例分别为49.56%、38.12%和12.32%;血肉斑率3.57%,为较低水平;蛋黄颜色罗氏比色仅为4.52,为淡黄色,需要通过饲料来改进。结论]固始鹅蛋比重较大,蛋壳厚度适中,蛋壳品质较好,但蛋黄颜色较浅,建议对产蛋种鹅改用以玉米为主的全价配合饲料,以提高饲料转化率,改善蛋黄色泽。

Analysis of Physical Characteristics of Gushi Goose Eggs
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to know about the physical characteristic of Gushi Goose egg and provide the reference for selecting the hatching egg of Gushi Goose.Method] Fifty-six hatching eggs of Gushi Goose were selected to determine their egg weight,egg specific density,part proportion of egg components,shell thickness,albumen height,yolk Roche color and count the Haugh unit and the rate of blood and meat-spot.Result]The average egg weight of Gushi Goose egg was 159.1g with greater variation.The egg specific density was 1.119,being at a high level.The egg shape index was 1.49,being at ideal level.The shell thickness was 0.514 mm and Haugh unit was 107.77.Proportion of albumen,yolk and shell were 49.56%,38.12% and 12.32%,resp.The rate of blood and meat-spot of eggs was 3.57%,being at lower level.Egg yolk Roche color was 4.52,being canary and needing to be improved by feeds.Conclusion] Gushi Goose egg had greater specific density,moderate shell thickness and good shell quality,but its yolk color was lighter.It was suggested that the complete formula feed with corn as main shoule be used to feed the laying goose so as to increase the feed conversion rate and improve the yolk color.
