| Abstract: | The regional test data of the medium--late maturing reic varieties planted in Liaoning Province from 1984 to 1988 were analyzed. The results showed that some new varieties (most of which had been selected from crossing between indica and japonnica rice) named by Liaoning Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee have ideo --type. high yield potential. abundant prodcuctivity. good abaptability to environment and so on. They are especially adaptable to saline--alkali soil in the Liaohe Delta Area. |
