果袋材质对番茄果实微环境及其生长发育的影响

摘    要:以艾玛833番茄为试材,研究了不同材质果袋处理番茄果穗后果袋内微环境的变化,以及对果实生长发育及产量、品质的影响。结果表明,不同材质果袋均具有降低光强、提高温度、增加湿度的作用,其中塑料袋的作用最显著;套袋均可增加番茄单果质量,尤以硫酸纸袋对果实的促长作用最大,但塑料袋处理果实的成熟期最早。此外,不同材质果袋对番茄风味品质的影响不同,硫酸纸袋显著提高了果实的可溶性糖含量以及糖酸比,对番茄风味有较好的改善作用。

Abstract:Alma 833 was used to investigate the effects of different bag types on microenvironment, fruit growth, yield and quality of tomatoes. The results showed that the light intensity was declined, the temperature and the moisture were increased in all kinds of bags; the effect of plastic bag was the most obvious in three treatments. The highest average fruit weight was occurred in parchment bag;the earliest maturity was occurred in plastic bags. In addition, there were different effects of different texture bags on the quality and tastiness of tomato fruit. Parchment bags increased soluble sugar content and the ratio of sugar and acid.
