异形喷嘴雾化状况的研究

摘    要:本文通过对异形喷嘴水滴分布实测资料的分析,找出了影响方形及双长方形喷嘴喷洒水舌末端水滴直径的主要因素,对比了异形喷嘴与圆形喷嘴的雾化状况,并在此基础上提出了异形喷嘴适宜雾化指标H/(de)值。

Abstract:Through analysing the acfual experimental data of droplet size distribution of non-circular nozzles, the accshor has found the main factors affecting the droplet sizes at the end of spraying of square nozzles and double-rectangular nozzles and compared the atomizing condition of non-circuler nozzles with that of circular nozzles. Based on the comparison, the suitable Atomization Indexes of non-circular nozzles are presented.
