超声波法提取玉米皮中水溶性膳食纤维的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声波法提取玉米皮中的水溶性膳食纤维,通过单因素和正交试验,确定了超声波法提取水溶性膳食纤维的最佳工艺为:提取剂质量分数为13%,料液比为1:13,温度为90℃,提取时间为40min,超声波功率为500W,水溶性膳食纤维的提取率为45.35%。

Abstract:The supersonic technology was used to extract soluble dietary fiber in corn hulls with single and orthogonal test methods.The test results indicated that the best extraction index:the extracting dosage was 13 percent,solid-liquid ratio was 1:13,the extracting temperature was 90℃,the extracting time was 40minutes,the supersonic power was 500W,and the soluble dietary fiber extraction rate is 45.35%.
