玉米苗期及萌芽期抗旱性评定方法筛选

摘    要:对河北省推广的5个玉米品种的F1、F2代及其自交系进行了研究.通过室内发芽试验和苗期试验对玉米进行抗旱性鉴定,研究结果表明通过采用不同的耐旱性鉴定方法对参试材料进行萌发期、苗期耐旱性鉴定,都得出完全相同的实验结果,表明本试验所选用的评价方法都能较准确评价玉米的耐旱性,但不同方法的操作难易不同,可以从中筛选简单、有效、低成本、短周期的方法用于玉米耐旱性鉴定.因此在进行大批量样品的抗旱性鉴定时,可以利用PEG方法进行初步筛选,再利用水分胁迫进行苗期的进一步鉴定,并可以通过测定CAT活性对大量玉米进行耐旱性的鉴定,来减少工作强度.

Abstract:This study concerned the materials of five maize hybrids and their parent-breeding systems in Hebei province. The maize drought-tolerance during germination stage experiment and the seeding stage in lab, was identified. There were the same results with different drought-tolerance identification methods. These methods more accurately evaluated maize drought-tolerance, but the operations were different in these ways. The low cost, simple, effective and short-cycled methods were chosen to identify maize drought-tolerance. Though, there are a lot of samples needing to be identified, we may use PEG to primarily filtrate them and during the seeding stage in lab to further filtrate them, and may identify drought-tolerance of lots of maize samples through measuring CAT.
