| 摘 要： | 通过对福建省生态公益林建设现状分析，并针对生态公益林经营管理中存在的问题，提出新的经营理念和管理模式，即正确认识生态公益林的价值。深化改革、进一步建立完善高效可行的生态效益补偿机制等对策措施，促进福建省生态公益林建设的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of ecological public welfare forest in Fujian Province ,new operation concept and management pattern are given in the light of the problems existing in managing ecological public welfare forest .We should deepen reform to establish an effective and feasible compensation system of ecological benefit with the correct understanding of the value of ecological public welfare forest so as to promote the sustainable development of construction of ecological public welfare forest in Fujian Province. |
