| 摘 要： | 半定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应(Semi-QRT-PCR)以其灵敏、简捷及特异性高等优点已逐渐成为分析基因表达水平的一种有效手段.着重对用半定量RT-PCR法分析基因表达水平的相关影响因素进行了综合论述,并讨论了半定量RT-PCR法在基因表达研究方面的应用潜力. |

| Abstract: | Semi-QRT-PCR is a rapid,simple and highly specific means in analysis of gene expression level in recent years.This paper describes factors affecting analysis of gene expression level by the Semi-QRT-PCR technique comprehensively,and also discusses the potential application of the Semi-QRT-PCR technique in gene expression research. |
