论高校德育的人本化

摘    要:随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高校德育正面临着从理念到实践诸层面的挑战,主体性的教育思潮日益高涨,人本化的德育观已逐渐为世人所接受。因此,构建人本化的高校德育体系已刻不容缓。人本主义的思想教育理念所具有的心理学、教育学内涵为人本化的德育理论提供了科学的理论基础,在设计人本化的德育内容时应遵循发展性和时效性原则,在德育方式和方法的运用中应根据德育对象的主体化、德育途径的隐性化、德育内容的个性化以及德育手段的现代化实施参与式、渗透式、咨询式和自主式的教育。这一体系能最大限度地解决德育效果的有效性弱化这一顽疾。

Abstract:Along with the reform of the higher education continuously deep, the moral education of college face the challenge of all level from principle to practice. Subjective thought of education increasingly upsurge, humanism viewpoint of moral education already and gradually accept for people. Accordingly,constructing the humanism system of college's moral education already urgent. The academic base of scientific is prvided by the meaning of psychology and pedagogy in humanism principle of education, designing the humanism contents of moral education should follow principle of expansibility and timeliness. According person's subjectivity, potential approach, individual contents, and modern means, the way of moral education should be participant, penetrative, consultative, and liberal. This system should be used in order to better effectiveness of moral education.
