摘 要: | 以黑果枸杞一年生枝条为材料,采用不同浓度生根粉(100、200、300、500、800、1000 mg/L)和清水(对照)处理其插穗,探索不同浓度生根粉对插穗扦插成活率、株高、新生枝数以及地下生物量的影响。结果表明:(1)不同浓度生根粉处理均提高了扦插成活率、株高、新生枝数(除1 000 mg/L)以及地下生物量;(2)200 mg/L生根粉处理的枝条成活率最高(65%),是对照组的4.3倍,300 mg/L生根粉处理的枝条株高、新生枝数量、地下生物量最高,分别是对照组的2.3,1.5和4.3倍。综合分析,200 mg/L生根粉溶液处理黑果枸杞插穗8 h能有效提高插穗成活率,生根粉溶液浓度大于300 mg/L抑制插穗的生长。

Effects of different concentrations of rooting powder on the growth of cutting seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum |

Abstract: | The one-year-old seedlings of Lycium ruthenicumas were used to study the effectiveness of roo-ting powder in different concentrations on survival rate of cutting seedlings,plant height,number of new shoots and underground biomass with different concentrations (100,200,300,500,800 and 1000 mg/L)of rooting powder (ABT1)solution.The results showed that the survival rate of cutting seedlings,plant height,number of new shoots and underground biomass were promoted except 1000 mg/L.The survival rate of cutting seedlings treated with 200 mg/L was the highest (65%),which was about 4.3 times than that of the control.The plant height,number of new shoots and underground biomass of cutting seedlings treated with 300 mg/L were the highest,which were 2.3,1.5 and 4.3 times than that of the control respectively.Based on comprehensive analy-sis,the treatment with 200 mg/L for 8 hours was the best and the growth was inhibited if the concentration was over 300 mg/L. |
