桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨的孢子繁殖技术研究

摘    要:[目的]探索桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨的孢子繁殖技术,以便对该物种进行更好地保护和开发利用。[方法]野外采集桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨孢子,经过消毒处理后,分别播种于未经消毒和经过消毒处理的3种培养土上。在保证水分条件的情况下,分别在自然环境和无菌的人工环境条件下进行分组繁殖试验。[结果]2种植物对培养土和培养条件的要求比较一致,培养土以原生境土为最好,培养条件以人工无菌环境的白天光照和自然变温为最好。[结论]在保证水分条件的情况下,桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨孢子的人工繁殖是可以获得成功的。
