野菊花中杀菌活性物质的分离和结构鉴定

摘    要:以苹果腐烂病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、瓜果腐霉病菌3种病原菌为指示菌种,对野菊花中杀菌活性成分进行了跟踪分离及活性测定.采用柱层析和薄层层析技术,从野菊花乙醇浸膏乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离到一种具有农用杀菌活性的化合物,经质谱、核磁共振氧谱及碳谱等分析确定为刺槐素7-芸香糖苷(acacetin 7-rutino-side).该化合物对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝生长的EC50为0.0690 mg/mL.

Abstract:Fungicidal components in flower of C.indicum were isolated and identified using Vals amali, Coniothyrium diplodiella and Pythium aphanidermatum as tracking pathogens.A fungicidal compound was obtained fromet hylacetate extract of ethanol concrete of C.indicum flower by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography.The active compound was identified as acacetin 7-rutino side by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.EC50 of acacetin 7-rutinoside against V.mali was 0.069 mg/mL.
