| 摘 要： | 柚矮化病病原嫁接接种8个柚类品种的盆栽苗，有7个品种的苗木发病，而强德勒枝叶生长无明显异状，无木质部陷点（仅有个别枝条有零星木质都陷点）。强德勒嫁接于已感病植株，不显病状。用4个地点采集的柚矮化病病原嫁接接种强德勒，均不显病状。试验结果初步说明，强德勒对柚矮化病具有高度抗（耐）病性。

| Abstract: | Each of 4 budlingr of 8 pummlo culhvars were graf inoculated with pummelo dwnd(CTV) in 1994- The observation conducted in 1994-1998 revealed tha Chandler have no shown abnonnal growth and only a few stem pithng had ben found, on the other hand, most budlings of other 7 pummelo cultivare shown dwarfing, leaf curling and severe or moderate stem pitting. As Chandler grafted on to diseased budlings or young trees in the field, it grew without abnormality and no stem-pitting had been found. Chandler budlings graft inoculated with pummelo dwarf collected from 4 localities also grew with out abnormality and no stem pitting. The results of bo tests preliminary confirmed that Chandler is high tolermt or resistant to pummelo dwarf. |
