螺旋环剥对荔枝~(14)C光合产物转运及分配的影响

摘    要:试验以两年生糯米糍荔枝盆栽为材料,叶饲喂^14CO2,研究荔枝主干不同处理^14C光合产物转运及分配规律。结果表明,环剥完全阻断了光合产物下运到根中,而螺旋环剥只是降低了光合产物的下运到根中的强度;环剥和螺旋环剥树随饲喂后的时间延长,从源叶输出的^14C光合产物减少,在饲喂后48-72h,螺旋环剥和环剥树的源叶^14C光合产物输出分别为2.71%和1.02%,而对照树高达18.41%,环剥和螺环剥

Abstract:Photosynthate translocation and distribution were studied by feeding 14 CO 2 on a leaf of two years old Nuomici lychee. Results showed that spiral girdling considerably inhibited the photosynthates translocation into roots, entire girdling stopped this translocation. Photosynthates export rates from labelled leaves of spiral girdled trees and girdled trees were 2 71% and 1 02% respectively, but that in labelled leaves of controled trees was 18 44%. Spiral girdling and girlding was in favour of photosynthate accumlation in branches and leaves.
