| 摘 要： | 以大兴安岭塔河林业局为研究对象,首先采用组件式GIS即VB6.0+MO2.2和ADO结合的开发模式,建立了后台管理系统,并阐述该系统所实现的森林资源数据的动态更新、统计分析、双向查询、动态生成林业统计报表以及电子地图等功能.其次,将动态更新后的森林资源数据,通过Internet网络,采用JSP技术以及ArcIMS9.0建立网络平台发布系统.结果表明:信息技术在林业生产管理中应用的巨大生产力,实现森林资源数据与信息充分共享,并为森林资源的现代化管理提供服务,能够很好地满足基层林业部门的需要.
