西南农村沼气的利用现状及对策探究——以重庆余家镇为例

以重庆余家镇为例,从原料、地质、技术、气候、经济等方面进行了指标评估,分析了当前余家镇沼气的利用现状与存在的问题,探究原因,并提出了加强农村基础设施建设,增加农民收入;因地制宜,试点推广;打造沼气维护专业队伍;推动沼气产业化经营;完善农村沼气服务体系;强化政府服务职能等对策,为破解沼气发展困境,促进农村的可持续发展提供依据。

Analysis of Status and Countermeasures of Rural Biogas Utilization in Southwest China--Taking Chongqing Yujia Town as an Example

In rural areas of southwest China, forest firewood is the main energy sources in the traditional ener-gy structure. However,traditional energyeasily causes ecological destruction and environmental pollution. As a clean and green energy,biogas turns waste into energy,and reaches good efficiency. Relying on its own ad-vantages of Southwest rural areas,biogas has a broad developmentspace. Taking Chongqing Yujia Town as an example, this article evaluates the index from the aspects of raw materials, geological, technical, climate, e- conomy,analyses the current situation and problems of the biogas utilization,and explores the causes. Based on the analysis, the article proposestostrengthen the rural infrastructure and increase the farmers＂ income; conduct pilot promotionaccording to local conditions~ build hiogas maintenance team; promote biogas indus-trializationgimprove the rural biogas service system; strengthen the functions of government services, and provide the basis for cracking the plight of biogas developmentand promotingthesustainabledevel-opmentofrural areas.
