| 摘 要： | 分析了某厂3台加热炉烟气脱硫系统采用的“钠-钙双碱法”的化学原理及技术工艺流程，阐述了该脱硫技术的特点，同时指出了双碱法脱硫工艺需解决的问题。研究表明：钠-钙双碱法脱硫工艺脱硫效率．高，运行费用相对较低，操作方便，无二次污染，废渣可综合利用，是当前较为理想的实用型脱硫技术。

| Abstract: | This article briefly introduces the principle and process of chemical technology ＂Na-Ca double al- kali FGD system＂ used in 3 sets of heating furnace flue gas desulfurization system in a factory,expounds the characteristics of the desulfurization technology,and points out the problems in double alkali method desulfurization process that need to be solved. It is proved that Na-Ca double alkali method desulfurization process has the characteristics of high efficiency, low running cost, convenient operation, no secondary pollution and waste utilization,which is an ideal practical desulfurization technology. |
