“粉末炭活性污泥法+Fenton试剂”强化处理抗生素生产废水的研究

摘    要:采用"粉末炭活性污泥法+Fenton试剂"强化处理抗生素生产废水,与"普通活性污泥法"进行了对比试验。结果表明:"普通活性污泥法"处理抗生素生产废水后有机污染物COD平均浓度为759mg/L,平均去除率89.1%,达不到该药厂废水排放标准,而"粉末炭活性污泥法+Fenton试剂"强化处理抗生素生产废水后有机污染物COD平均浓度186mg/L,平均去除率为97.3%,完全达到该药厂排放标准。

Abstract:This article adopts the method of powder activated carbon activated sludge process plus Fenton kit to strengthen the treatment of antibiotic production wastewater, and conducts a comparative experiment with the conventional activated sludge process. The test shows that after the treatment by using the conventional activated sludge method, the average concentration of COD in antibiotic wastewater is 759mg/L and the average removal rate is 89.1%, which cannot reach the discharge standard of pharmaceutical wastewater, while after using the method of powder activated carbon activated sludge process plus Fenton kit to treat the antibiotic wastewater, the average concentration of COD is 186mg/L and the average removal rate is97. 3%, which fully meet the factory emission standard.
