杂草稻落粒粳种子的耐冷性评价

摘    要:采用低温处理方法评价了杂草稻落粒粳(Orayza sativaL.)种子的耐冷潜力。浸种0~48 h,落粒粳种子平均含水量为17.038%,显著低于栽培稻春江11的20.533%和赣早籼的20.180%,落粒粳颖壳具有比两种栽培稻更强的水分阻隔能力。在相同含水量条件下,经过低温-20℃处理3 h和28℃条件下培养4 d的落粒粳种子发芽率显著高于春江11和赣早籼,落粒粳种子具有更强的耐冷能力。

Abstract:The cold tolerance potential of weedy rice Luolijing(Oryza sativa L.) seeds has been evaluated with low temperature treatment.The average water content of Luolijing seeds reached to 17.038% after water soaking for 0~48 h which could be lower than 20.533% of Chuenjiang 11 and 20.180% of Ganzaoxian significantly.It indicated that the hulls of Luolijing caryopses presented a stronger capacity for water obstruction than that of the two cultivated rice varieties.Under the similar condition with the same water contents of seeds,the germination rate of Luolijing seeds could be significantly higher than that of Chunjiang 11 and Ganzaoxian by a-20 ℃ pretreatment for 3 hand germination at 28℃ for 4 days.It showed that Luolijing seeds possessed more potential for cold tolerance than that of the two cultivated rice varieties.
