甜菜雄性不育多倍体杂交种工农303的选育

甜菜雄性不育多倍体杂交种“工农303”系以雄性不育系M203A为母本,四倍体品系404为父本,4:1田间测交制种,三倍体率达75％以上.母本经4代连续回交,不育率逐步稳定在90％以上。父本经多代选择表现产质量稳定。两年自治区品种区域试验,平均产量较工农4号提高17.6％,含糖率提高1.6％,产糖量提高31.8％;大面积生产示范(1989年)产量较对照提高45.6％,含糖低0.2％,产糖量提高43.5％,且抗病性较强。

Selective Breeding of Sugarbeet MS and Polyploid Variety Gongnong 303

The hybrid variety of sugarbeet MS and polyploid Gongnog 303 is made with test crossing and seed collecting of 4:1 in the field by female parent of male sterile line M203A and male parent of tetraploid line 404 and the rate of triploid came up to 75%. Sterile rate of female parent is stabilized at more than 90% after continued backcrossing of four generations. The male parent has a stable expression on yield and quality after the selection of multiple generations. The regional test of variety Gongnong 303 in autonomous region for two years shown that: mean yield, sugar content, sugar yield compared to Gongnong 4, it increased by 17.6%, 1.6% and 31.8% respectively; The results of productive demonstration in large area shown that yield increased by 45.6%, sugar content decreased by 0,2%, sugar yield increased by 43.5% when they are compared to control and it with higher disease resistance.
