| 摘 要： | 对西洋杜鹃组培苗进行生根培养,并采用高效液相色谱法对培养过程中植物体内ZT、GA3、IAA、ABA4种内源激素进行了测定,以及对比不同培养基组合对植物体生根效果及内源激素含量的影响.结果表明,各种内源激素共同作用调控植物体生根过程.期间IAA、ABA呈现先上升后下降的趋势,GA3、ZT呈现先下降后上升的趋势.IAA/G...
