| 摘 要： | 6种生防菌对牡丹根腐病病原菌Fusarium solani的室内抑菌测定表明，6种生防菌均有一定抑菌效果，以康宁木霉菌Trichoderma koningii(TK1)和枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis的两个菌株(BA31、BXN)抑菌效果最好，均达80％以上；6种生防菌制剂的田间药效试验结果表明，BA31和TK1效果最好，每株2g，一个生长季节施药4次，防治效果均达到70％以上。 |

| Abstract: | The suppressive effects in laboratory on Fusarium solani of tree peony root rot by 6 species of biocontrol fungi and bacteria were testedin the study.The result shows that all the 6 species of fungi and bcteria have effects on suppresive the Fusarium solani.But the species of Trichodermakoningii (TK 1) and BA31 and BXN,two plants of Bacoillus subtilis play a obvious role in suppressive the Fusarium solani,the suppresive effect reached more than 80 percent.However,the result in field of the biological preparation of the 6 species of fungi and bacteria shows that the suppressiveeffects of BA31 and TK1 are best.The suppressive effects reached more than 70percent while 2 g per plant and 4 times every growth phase was used. |
