| 摘 要： | 以芦笋植株叶片为材料,比较了改良SDS法、改良CTAB法和试剂盒法3种提取DNA的方法,并利用紫外分光光度计、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和PCR检测DNA质量,探索最佳的芦笋DNA提取方法。结果表明：上述3种方法都适合于芦笋DNA的提取,提取的DNA均能够满足ISSR分子标记等试验的需要。

| Abstract: | In order to find the best DNA extraction method of asparagus,improved SDS,CTAB and kit method were used to extract DNA from Asparagus young leaves and the DNA quality also was tested by UV spectrophotometer,agarose gel electrophoresis and PCR detection.The results showed that the quality of the DNA from the three DNA extraction methods fill the requirements for ISSR molecular markers and other assays. |
