摘    要:比较了不同大量元素以及不同的激素组合对化州橘红离体培养的影响,试验结果表明,用3/4MS培养基,其中6-BA质量浓度为0.6~0.8 mg·L-1和NAA质量浓度为0.8~1.2 mg·L-1的组合,芽的增殖率较高.当培养基中6-BA,NAA,GA3的质量浓度分别为0.3,0.6,0.3 mg·L-1时可以使丛生芽继代...

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of macro-element and combination of plant growth regulator on the mature-type Citrus grandis stem cultured in vitro were compared.The results showed when 3/4MS mediums,in which the 6-BA concentrations were 0.6 mg·L^-10.8 mg·L^-1and NAA concentrations were 0.8mg·L^-11.2 mg·L^-1were used,high proliferation rate were obtained;when the concentrations of 6-BA,NAA and GA3 were 0.3 mg·L^-10.6 mg·L^-1and 0.3 mg·L^-1respectively,multiple shoots' long-time subculture were feasible.
