| 摘 要： | 从山西省煤炭资源的卓越经济贡献及其造成的严重环境破坏出发,回顾了山西省在土地复垦与生态重建领域出台的关键政策法规和实施的重大项目与工程,在分析了山西省土地复垦面临的发展机遇的基础上,提出了山西省土地复垦在法规、技术革新等多方面的挑战及任务。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the ecological damages and some key regulations and projects on land reclamation and ecological restoration in Shanxi province.The opportunities for land reclamation and ecological restoration in Shanxi province were analyzed and challenges including some renovations of regulations and technologies were presented. |
