摘    要:为了探讨黄花补血草的耐盐机制,利用石蜡切片法和光学显微镜法,从植物解剖学角度对黄花补血草营养器官结构进行研究。结果表明叶片和茎表皮细胞排列紧密整齐,分布着典型的耐盐结构盐腺。此外,其外切向壁增厚,表皮外有很厚的角质层,有利于减少蒸腾,根部维管组织比较发达,这些加强的输导组织、机械组织和同化组织间接地提高植物的抗盐能力;黄花补血草在长期适应过程中,盐腺的分布和发达的输导组织、机械组织和同化组织是提高其抗盐能力的基础。

Abstract:The aim was to study the mechanism of salt-resistant of Limonium aureum (L.) Hill.The Characteristics of plant salt-resistant structures were studied by the method of paraffin section and light microscope from plant anatomical structure view.The epidermal cells were arranged compactly,and the typical salt glands were distributed in those cells.In addition,they also had thick cuticular and increment external tangential wall which were used for decreasing water evaporation.The vascular tissue in the roots was developed.Moreover,there were some other tissues whose function had not due to salt-resistant,but they contributed to enhance the salt resistance through increasing the transfusion tissue,mechanical tissue and assimilating tissue.There were lots of salt glands distributed in the epidermis of leaves and caulis,which were typical characteristics of halophytes.In the course of adaptation,the salt gland,developed transfusion tissue,mechanical tissue and assimilating tissue were the basis of increasing the ability to salt resistance of L.aureum (L.) Hill.
