摘    要:加快山西省现代农业的跨越发展,突破资源、环境和经济的约束,必须以农业科技为根本出路,以现代农业科技创新体系为支撑。笔者分析了现阶段山西现代农业科技创新体系中的薄弱环节,阐述了新时期山西现代农业科技创新体系建设的内容,并对加快建设山西现代农业科技创新体系提出了建议。

Abstract:In order to speed up the leapfrogging development of modern agriculture and break the constraints of resources,environment and economy in Shanxi Province,people had to take agricultural science and technology as the fundamental measures and take modern agricultural science and technology innovation system as the support.The author analyzed the weak link in this stage of Shanxi modern agricultural science and technology innovation system,described the content of Shanxi modern agricultural science and technology innovation system in new era,and made recommendations to speed up the construction of the Shanxi modern agricultural science and technology innovation system.
