摘    要:为开发利用林芝地区林下腐殖质资源为无土育苗基质,以解决当地蔬菜种苗培育中优质基质缺乏问题,以落叶松往年凋落物为主料,发酵腐熟的牛、羊、鸡、猪粪为辅料,以体积比配成系列基质配方,以‘津春4号’黄瓜品种为材料,研究了凋落物与家畜粪配比基质对黄瓜幼苗形态指标的影响。结果表明:无论从出苗率、株高、茎粗、总真叶面积、根系长度,还是株均茎叶鲜重和根鲜重,猪粪与落叶松往年凋落物配比基质表现最好,尤其是根系方面,株均根鲜重是土壤对照的1.2~1.7倍,表明该系列基质配方是培育黄瓜优质种苗的良好基质,可直接在生产上使用。其他系列配方均存在一些问题,不能直接在黄瓜育苗上使用。

Abstract:In order to exploit humus resources in forest as soilless seedling substrates in Linzhi area and solve the lack of high quality substrates in vegetables seedling, the author took larch litter as the main materials and took cattle manure, sheep manure, chicken manure and pig manure as the adjunct materials to form several substrate formulas according to volume ratio. Using‘Jinchun 4’as study materials, the author studied the effect of different substrate formulas on cucumber seedlings’morphology indexes. The results showed that the substrates formula which used the pig manure and larch litter was best according to cucumber seedling rate, plant height, stem diameter, total leaf area, root length, plant stem-leaf fresh weight and root fresh weight. Especially, after using the best formula the average root fresh weight was 1.2-1.7 times higher than that of CK. Other formula substrates had some questions, which could not be used in production directly.
