基于RMP模式的寒地黑土非物质文化遗产旅游开发的体系构建——以绥化市为例

为了实现绥化市寒地黑土非物质文化遗产资源的可持续发展,提升非物质文化遗产旅游资源的综合竞争力,尝试构建非物质文化遗产保护性旅游开发工作框架的设想,探索适合其自身特点的开发与保护模式。应用昂普(RMP)分析模式,从绥化市寒地黑土非物质文化遗产的资源、市场、产品3个方面,对绥化市旅游进行系统的评价分析,为绥化市非物质文化遗产的旅游开发提出了一系列的发展模式,如保护第一、培养非遗后继人才、整合文化资源、突出文化特色、策划绥化非物质文化遗产精品旅游线路等。

The Construction of the Tourism Development System of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Blacksoil of Coldland Based on RMP Mode ---Suihua City as the Example

For the sake of the realization of persistent development for the resources of intangible cuhural heritage of black soil of cold land and the exaltation of integrated competitive power for tourism resources of intangible cultural heritage, the thesis attempted the conceive of establishing protected development work framework of intangible cultural heritage for tourism and it explores the development and protected mode which is suitable for the tourism resources oneself point of intangible cultural heritage of black soil of cold land. Based on the BMP analysis mode, the thesis evaluated and analyzed the tourism in Suihua systematically from three aspects as following： the resources, the market and the product of the intangible cultural heritage of black soil of cold land in Suihua. Then, a series of development modes has been brought forward for the tourism exploitation of intangible cultural heritage in Suihua, for instance, protection came first, cultivated subsequent talents for the intangible cultural heritage, integrated cultural resources, gave prominence to cultural features, planed favorable tourism line of intangible cultural heritage in Suihua and so on.
