乡村旅游职业教育发展困境和发展路径研究

摘要：乡村旅游是发展农村经济，建设社会主义新农村的重要途径。当前，乡村旅游经济的发展存在着初级化、同质化和老龄化的困境。人才培养是促进乡村旅游可持续发展的关键。本文综合分析了乡村旅游职业教育的现状、目标以及发展路径，为乡村旅游职业教育的发展献计献策。

Rural tourism occupation education development predicament and route of development

Rural tourism was the development of rural economy, the construction of socialist new countryside of important ways. In order to research the vocational education for rural tourism development of function, the paper used literature research and the case analysis method, vocational education to rural tourism development of the cause of the problem and development path. In fact, the economic development of rural tourism was still in primary, homogeneity and aging stage, rural tourism professional education, there was education institution system, professional setting a single narrow, only by the government reasonably guide, constructing scientific and reasonable system of running schools and subject system, strengthen and rural tourism enterprise cooperation, to better promote the development of rural tourism professional education.
