人工光照对甘蔗组培苗假植成活率的影响

摘    要:为了提高甘蔗组培苗在冬季的假植成活率,实现甘蔗组培苗周年规模化生产的目的,采用人工光照的方法,比较不同红外线辐射型灯泡密度和灯泡功率的设置对甘蔗组培苗假植成活率的影响,研究在冬季低温阴雨天气条件下提高甘蔗组培苗假植成活率的方法。结果表明:不同的灯泡功率之间的成活率差异不显著;在育苗棚顶部每隔1 m安装一盏红外线辐射型灯泡,组培苗假植成活率可高达84%,与对照差异达到极显著水平。在育苗棚中安装密度适当的红外线辐射型灯泡进行甘蔗组培苗的假植,可实现甘蔗组培苗周年规模化生产。

Abstract:In order to increase the seedling of survival rate which provisional planting in winter and carry out our intention of annual and mass production of tissue culture seedling of sugarcane. We adopt culture of seedling with artificial lighting to meet to cold and rainy weather. We compared the effects of different densities and power of infrared radiation type light bulb to survival rate when seedling provisional planting in sand bed. Study on the methods of increasing seedling of provisional planting survival rate when to meet to cold and rainy weather. The results showed that, the survival rate difference between different power of infrared radiation type light bulb was not significant. Every meter to set up a lamp of infrared radiation type light bulb at the top of the seedling shed, the provisional planting survive rate were 84% which reached very significance level than contrast. We had carried out our intention of annual and mass production of tissue culture seedling of sugarcane.
