发酵豆粕对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

为了探索发酵豆粕对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。1日龄雏鸡250只，随机分为5组，每组5个重复，每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为空白对照组，饲喂基础日粮；Ⅱ组为抗生素对照组，在基础日粮中添加30 mg/kg的杆菌肽锌和6 mg/kg的硫酸抗敌素；Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中用3%、6%、9%的发酵豆粕替代普通豆粕。结果表明：体增重以空白对照组（组Ⅰ）最低，较空白对照组，9%组（组Ⅴ）显著提高(P<0.05)，其余各组极显著提高(P<0.01)；料重比6%组（组Ⅳ）最低，与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)，其他各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)；成活率空白对照组最低，抗生素组（组Ⅱ）、9%组与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)，6%组差异显著(P<0.05)。6%组半净膛率显著高于空白对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05)；各组全净膛率均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)，6%组差异极显著(P<0.01)；3%组（组Ⅲ）腿肌率最高，与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)，其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明，肉鸡配合饲料中用6%发酵豆粕替代普通豆粕最为适宜，可提高肉鸡生长性能，极显著降低料重比，但与抗生素组相比差异不显著。

Effects of Fermented Soybean Meal on Growth and Slaughter Performance of Broilers

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Fermented soybean meal additive on the growth and slaughter performance of broiler chicken.250 one-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into five groups,each group included four repeats,10 broilers per replicates.The control group（Group Ⅰ） was fed to the basic diet.The Group Ⅱwas fed to the basic diet supplemented with 30 mg/kg zinc bacitracin and 6 mg/kg colistin sulfate.The treatment groups（Group Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ） were fed to the basic diet added with 3% 、 6% and 9% fermented soybean meal.The results showed that the average body weight gain of Group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ was significantly higher than control group（P0.01）,and Group Ⅴ reached remarkable level（P0.05）.The feed/ gain ratio of Group IV were significantly lower than control group（P0.01）,and no significant difference between other groups.The survival rate of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅴ was significantly higher compared with control group（P0.01）,and Group Ⅳ reached remarkable level（P0.05）.The Semi-eviscerated percentage of Group Ⅳ was significantly higher than control group and Group Ⅱ（P0.05）.The eviscerated percentage of treatment groups were decreased compared with the control group（P0.05）,and Group Ⅳ has significantly difference（P0.01）.There were significant difference between Group Ⅲ and control group in leg muscle rate（P0.05）.The conclusion of study showed that 6% Fermented soybean meal was added with basic diet could significantly reduced the feed/gain ratio of chicken,and significantly increase the weight gain.
