“三化”统筹下的吉林省农业现代化建设研究

在"三化"统筹背景下,按照可操作性、无重复性和系统性原则选择第一产业就业比重、粮食土地生产率、单位耕地面积农机总动力、有效灌溉率、单位耕地用电量、第一产业产值比重等指标,基于因子分析法,对吉林省的农业现代化发展水平进行横向与纵向对比分析,得出吉林省农业现代化发展差距与发展程度;应用线性回归确定吉林省农业现代化影响因素,并据此提出政策建议。

The Research on Construction of Agricultural Modernization of All planning of Urbanization Industrialization and Agricultural Modernization in Jilin Province

In the context of all planning of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, In accordance with operational, non-repetitive and systematic rules, using employment proportion of primary industry, food land productivity, total power of agricultural machinery in every unit of cultivated land, the effective irrigation rate, electricity consumption in every unit of land, the proportion of primary industry for the study factors, based on factor analysis, compared with horizontal analysis and vertical a~aalysis on the status of the agricultural modernization in Jilin Province in order to conclude the degree of agricultural modernization; determining the factors that affect agricultural modernization in Jilin Province by regression analysis, and then gives some suitable suggestions.
