阿维菌素与5种杀菌剂混配对苹果二斑叶螨杀虫效果的影响

摘    要:为明确阿维菌素与杀菌剂混配后对杀虫效果的影响。利用玻片浸渍法室内测定了阿维菌素与5种杀菌剂混配后对苹果二斑叶螨的毒力变化。结果表明:甲基托布津、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇浓度分别在700~7.5 mg/L、200~12.5 mg/L、688~43 mg/L时,与阿维菌素混配表现出明显的增效作用;增大杀菌剂的量表现出一定的拮抗趋势;减少杀菌剂的量对死亡率则基本无影响。阿维菌素与噁酮?氟硅唑混配表现为相加作用;与多菌灵、代森锰锌混配对二斑叶螨为减效作用。

Abstract:In order to clarify the effect of abamectin after mixing with bactericides. We measured the mortality of abamectin of abamectin mixed with 5 bactericides against Tetranyclus urticae Koch. by slide-dipping in the lab. The results revealed that effects against T. urticae of abamectin (LC50=0.080 mg/L) mixed with cercobinm, difenoconazole, tebuconazole at the concentrations of 700-87.5 mg/L, 200-12.5 mg/L and 688-43 mg/L respectively showed obviously synergism. There was no influence on the mortality as the bactericide dose decreased, while was antagonism trend as the bactericide dose increase, abamectin mixed with evil ketone flusilazol showed additive action, while mixed with abamectin and carbendazim, mancozeb showed minus effect function.
