| 摘 要： | ［目的］筛选具有益生作用潜力的芽孢杆菌。［方法］经高温处理从鸡肠道分离芽孢杆菌，通过抗逆性、抗菌活性等性能检测筛选菌株，通过生理生化分析鉴定菌种。［结果］筛选到2株具有益生作用潜力的芽孢杆菌LBS53和LBS8；经过生理生化试验，鉴定LBS53为枯草芽孢杆菌，LBS8为蜡样芽孢杆菌。［结论］筛选到的2株菌基本具备作为饲用芽孢杆菌制剂菌株的条件。尤其LBS53的优良生物学特性使其在饲料工业中具有良好的应用前景。
