| 摘 要： | 阐述了物资储备定额中的正常储备与保险储备的概念及其相互关系和在工程物资管理中的重要作用。分析了影响西气东输工程钢管在制造厂、物资中转站、施工现场正常生产、运输、调拨发运、组装焊接等过程中的各种因素，并根据各种影响因素确定了西气东输工程钢管的正常储备与保险储备的调节系数，研究了合理制定西气东输工程钢管的正常储备与保险储备的问题。通过实例模拟，对西气东输工程拟建的钢管中转站应建立的正常储备与保险储备进行了计算。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the conception and relationship about the reserve and safety reserve of steel pipe for West-to-East gas transmission pipeline project. Some influence factors to pipe manufacturers ,entrepot storages,construction sites transportation allocation and pipe welding have been analyzed. Based on the analysis results,the adjustment factors about reserve and safety reserve of steel pipe for West-to-East gas transmission pipeline project have been determined. In the paper, a simulation calculation on the reserve and safety reserve of steel pipe for the entrepot storages has been carried out. |
