液体弹性波在管输系统中的应用

摘    要:根据液体弹性波在管道中的传输特性,结合原油管输系统,提出了刊用弹性波振荡和水击效应来防蜡防垢、排污解堵,从而实现降耗节能安全输油的新思路。针对水击压力波的产生及传播特性,指出该技术方案的本质是水击(锤)反问题及水击(锤)控制。介绍了国内外有压瞬变流的研究动态及现状,探讨了尚待研究的理论及问题。

Abstract:Based on the transmission behavior of hydroelastic wave within pipe,a new thinking to utilize the hydroelastic wave water hammer effect" to control paraffin and scale and remove plug in oil pipeline system so as to realize safe transportation of oil and energy saving has been put forward in the paper. It is pointed out that the essence of this new thinking is antithesis of water hammer and its control. The author introduces the application of fluid transient theory in petroleum industry ,describes the study progression and present situation of fluid transients at home and abroad,discusses relative theory on hydroelastic wave to be studied.
