甘蓝型低芥酸、低硫甙油菜新品种“沪油12”的选育

摘    要:采用品种间杂交和复交的方法,经过田间农艺性状的选择和实验室品质分析,育成产量高、菜油和菜籽饼粕品质优、熟期适中和抗(耐)病性较好的甘蓝型低芥酸、低硫甙(简称双低,下同)油菜新品种”沪油12”。该品种菜油中芥酸含量0.21%,有益于人体健康的亚油酸含量2442%,油酸含量58.99%,它是一种比传统菜油营养价值更高的新型菜油。该品种菜籽饼粕中硫甙含量25.99μmol/g,能直接作蛋白饲料喂养畜禽。该品种的培育成功对改善食用菜油的品质和提高菜籽饼粕的经济价值都具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:A new low - erucic - acid and low - glucosinolate rapeseed variety "Huyou 12"( Brassica napus L. ) withcharacteristics of high seed - yield, fine canola quality, medium maturity and better resistance to diseases has beenbred by interbreeding and composite crossing methods and through field selection for better agronomic characters andthrough lab - analysis for fine qualities in both oil and meal. The erucic acid content is 0. 21% in "Huyou 12"oil. The linoleic and oleic acids in oil, which are very important for human health, are 24. 42% and 58. 99% , re-spectively. This oil is much better than the traditional rapeseed oil in nutrient value. The glucosinolate content is25. 98% umol/g in meal. The meal can be used directly as a good protein feed for animals.
