油茶扦插育苗试验

摘    要:通过对油茶扦插育苗试验,结果表明:不同的扦插方法,成活率及其苗木的顶芽数、侧芽数、侧根数都存在显著差异,不同浓度吲哚丁酸溶液浸泡处理后扦插,对油茶扦插成活率具有显著的影响,最适宜浓度为10mg.100g-1。硬枝油茶、软枝油茶插穗扦插都可以成活,关键在于对扦插技术掌握的程度。

Abstract:The experiment on raising seedlings by cuttage of Camellia oleifera indicates that on the one hand,there are obvious differences in survival rate,the number of top bud and side bud as well as side root with different cuttages;on the other hand,different densities of Indolebutyric acid(most favorable density as 100ppm) soaked in the cuttage has great impact on survival rate of Camellia oleifera.Both hard branch and soft branch of Camellia oleifera can survive,and key lies in the operational skills.
