大花蕙兰茎尖组织培养与植株再生研究

摘    要:文章以大花蕙兰为材料,研究其茎尖组织培养再生体系。结果表明,最佳原球茎诱导培养基为VW+0.8mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1NAA+20g·L-1蔗糖+0.05g·L-1AC,pH5.2。原球茎体分化丛生芽经壮苗生根后可进行移栽,最佳移栽基质为树皮块和水苔藓。

Abstract:The shoot tip of Cymbidium grandiflorium was used as explants to study the tissue culture and regeneration system.The results showed that the optimal medium for protocorm induction was VW + 0.8 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA + 0.05 g·L-1 AC with 20 g·L-1 sucrose,and pH 5.2.The rooted plantlets derived from protocorm could be transplanted.The optimal transplant mediums were pieces of cortex and lichen.
