雌性大熊猫配种后尿液孕酮含量的变动

摘    要:应用作者之一研制的酶免疫分析测试盒检测了 5头雌性大熊猫配种后 4至 5个月内尿液孕酮含量的变化。未产仔的大熊猫“英英”的尿液孕酮含量在检测的时期内始终处于较低水平 ,平均为 191 7ng/mgCr(肌酐 )。发生流产的大熊猫“佳佳”在配种后至流产前的时期内亦较低 ,平均为 15 2 1ng/mgCr。已顺利产仔的“白雪”、“1号”和“2 8号”大熊猫的尿液孕酮含量在配种后的第 4或第 5个月内升至较高水平 ,平均分别为 6 47 6ng/mgCr、496 4ng/mgCr和 892 2ng/mgCr。产双胞胎的“1号”和“2 8号”大熊猫比产一仔的“白雪”更早出现尿液孕酮含量的升高。结论认为大熊猫妊娠后期 1~ 2个月对其尿液孕酮含量进行检测 ,可能有助于判断该大熊猫是否产仔。

Abstract:Urinary progesterone profiles in five female giant pandas during the four or five months after mating were measured by using a sensitive progesterone ELISA developed by one of the authors. The results from the study indicate that the urinary progesterone contents in the non-parturition giant panda Ying Ying fluctuated at a low level averaged 191.7?ng/mg Cr (creatine), and similarly in panda Jia Jia who had an abortion averaged 152.1?ng/mg Cr. The hormone contents in three giant pandas who successfully gave birth to one baby (panda Bai Xue) or twin (pandas No.1 and No.28) significantly rised to a higher level averaged 647.6?ng/mg Cr, 496.4?ng/mg Cr and 892.2?ng/mg Cr respectively during the 4th~5th months after mating. The rise of the progesterone profile in No.1 and No.28 occurred earlier than that in Bai Xue. It is concluded that prediction about successful parturition in giant pandas may be possible by monitoring the urinary progesterone profile during the first and/or second months before parturition.
