| 摘 要： | 目的]研究苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性,为今后该病菌对代森锰锌抗药性的检测和治理提供基本的理论依据。方法]以海棠轮纹病菌作为对照,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了77个苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性。结果]EC50值处于1.428 5～34.067 1 mg/L,平均为（13.676 5±6.358 8）mg/L,与代森锰锌对5个野生海棠轮纹病菌菌株的EC50平均值（10.140 5±2.035 2）mg/L无明显差异。正态检验表明,77个苹果轮纹病菌菌株对代森锰锌的敏感性符合正态分布。结论]山东省未发现对代森锰锌产生抗药性的轮纹病菌菌株,EC50平均值（13.676 5±6.358 8）mg/L可作为苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性基线。
