摘    要:桑树内生拮抗细菌枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)L144对多种植物病原菌具有较强的抑制作用。为进一步探讨该内生菌的开发应用价值,研究了该内生菌对植物生长及营养代谢的影响。试验结果表明:适当浓度的L144菌株培养液能明显提高玉米和桑树种子的发芽势、发芽率和胚根长,增加玉米和桑树幼苗的株高及植株鲜质量和干质量,提高植株体内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量,且以菌株培养液10倍稀释液的促生作用最为显著;该菌株的菌体悬浮液及胞外分泌物对玉米幼苗也表现出不同程度的促生作用;该菌株还具有分泌植物生长激素、溶解无机磷和有机磷的性能,有可能是其促进植株生长的主要作用机制。试验结果提示,L144菌株的培养液及菌体和胞外分泌物对植物有较明显的促生作用。
