| 摘 要： | 通过气态SiO2对环氧树脂的改性研究，制备了符合辊涂工艺要求的高 T g玻璃钢模具胶衣树脂，研究了气态SiO2对环氧树脂粘度、触变性的影响，测试了剪切拉伸强度及模量、弯曲强度，并进行了样品模具的制作，对胶衣实际使用性能进行了评估。

| Abstract: | Through the study on modification of fumed SiO2 on epoxy resin ,Preparation of high Tg glass fibre reinforced plastic mould gel coat resin meets the requirements of roller coating technology .Mainly studied the effects of fumed SiO2 on epoxy resin viscosity ,thixotropy .Tested the Shear modulus ,tensile strength and bending strength Production a sample mould to evaluate the character of service of the gel coat . |
