摘    要:指出了随着大兆瓦叶片制作的日趋效率化和大兆瓦级叶片在风场运行环境的多元化,对叶片的生产效率、质量要求也越来越高。在风场运行叶片对环境的适应性主要取决于表面涂层的保护作用,对大型风机叶片新型表面涂层进行了探讨,通过实验和产品运用介绍了其配制方式、使用方法及工艺性能。探讨了该新型膜内油漆替代原本的膜内胶衣和油漆,对玻璃钢叶片的应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:With an increasingly production efficiency of large MW blades and diversification of operating environment for large MW blades in wind farm, the requirements for production efficiency and quality of the blades are increasing. As the adaptability of the blades in wind farm to the environment depends on the protective effects of the surface coating, this article discusses the new surface coating of large wind turbine blades, and introduces its preparation meth- ods, using methods and process performance through experiments and product use. The new membrane paint has re- placed the original membrane gel coat and paint. Therefore, this article has certain guding significance for the application of FRP blades.
