摘    要:指出了我国是农药生产大国,农药建设项目生产过程中会排放大量有机废气,是此类项目环境影响评价的重点和难点。以江苏某农药厂化学农药生产搬迁建设项目的环境影响评价为例,总结了农药厂挥发性有机废气污染的特点,并就其污染源强的核算、污染防治措施及管理难点等环境影响评价内容及存在的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:China is the largest producer of pesticides, but it will emit large quantities of organic compounds in the process of producing pesticide. Taking the environmental impact assessment of relocation and construction project of a pharmaceutical factory's chemical pesticide production in Jiangsu Province as an example, this article summarizes the characteristics of volatile organic compounds (VOC), analyzes the calculation of its source intensities, and discusses its pollution prevention measures and management difficulties such as environmental impact assessment content and problems.
