| Abstract: | With the improvement of living standards, food safety has become a hot social issue commom concern, especially the salty of animal food such as meat, dairy, eggs and aquatic products etc. has aroused widespread concern. This article provides an overview of the concept and classification of veterinary drugs, the hazards of veterinary drug residues, the status and causes of veterinary drug residues and the management of veterinary regulations standards. |
