贵香1A的原种繁殖研究

利用了贵州大学水稻所育成的三系不育系贵香1A为试验材料,对喷施不同浓度的"九二○"、不同行比进行了研究,结果表明:贵香1A中除野败质828A与父本在叶龄和分蘖数有差异外,其它母本与父本主茎的叶片数、分蘖数大体相同;贵香1A的各胞质不育系之间在喷施"九二0"都有不同的敏感度以及在不同行比下的异交结实率也不相同。

Study on Stock Seed Propagation of Hybrid Rice Guixiang 1A

Using CMS lines Guixiang 1A from rice of Guizhou university as test material,the results of the seed propagation experiments under different concentration of "920" and different row ratio showed that: except wild abortive cytoplasm 828A in Guixiang 1A,the leaf age and tillering number of other female parent in Guixiang 1A were roughly equal to male parent;the sensitivity of all cytoplasmic sterile line of Guixiang 1A were different under different concentration of "920",their seed setting rate by outcrossing were also different under different row ratio.
