酸铝浸种对荞麦种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度不同pH值 (浓度分别为:0,10,100,1 000,2 500,5 000 mg/L;pH:3,4,5)的酸铝溶液对荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.)进行浸种处理,研究酸铝对荞麦种子萌发的影响.结果表明:低浓度的铝处理对荞麦种子萌发及种子萌发后根的生长有促进作用,而高浓度的铝处理对荞麦种子萌发有明显抑制作用;在低浓度铝溶液中,铝的不同形态对荞麦的萌发影响较小,在高浓度铝溶液中,随着pH值的降低,活性铝浓度的增加,对荞麦萌发的抑制作用逐渐增强.

Abstract:Buckwheat seeds were soaked with different level of acid-Al for 8 hours to determine the effect of acid-Al on germination of buckwheat seeds. The results showed that the low concentration of Al or high pH promoted the germination of seeds and the growth of root. High concentration of Al or low pH inhibited seed germination, and Al 3 had affected the germination of seeds more than other forms of aluminum in solution did.
