金花梨变异单系抗病性及抗寒性研究

摘    要:以金花梨及其18个变异单系为材料,对其进行了抗病性、抗寒性的田间调查和部分抗性生理指标的测定。结果表明:金花梨部分变异单系在抗病性、抗寒性方面发生了一定程度的变异;其叶片可溶性糖含量表现明显差异,与抗病能力田间调查结果基本一致,二者呈极显著负相关;电解质渗出率发生一定变化,但抗寒能力田间表现无差异,可能其内部抗寒生理发生了变化;可溶性糖含量与电解质渗出率呈极显著负相关。

Study on resistance to disease and frigid of Jinhua pear varied strains
Abstract:Using Jinhua pear and its eighteen varied strains as testing materials, two physiological indexes of resistance were studied. The results showed that the resistance to disease and frigid of the materials varied to some extent. The capacity of resistance to disease showed obvious difference in field among these varied strains, and the analysis of content of soluble sugar in leaves got the similar result. There was an extreme significant negative correlation between disease resistance capacity and soluble sugar content. Although these materials showed no difference in resistance to frigid in field, the variation of the seepage rate of electrolyte indicated that their inherent frigid resistance physiology might have been changed. There was also an extremely significant negative correlation between content of soluble sugar in leaves and the seepage rate of electrolyte.
